Day One – Incentive Travel Itinerary
After your short transfer from Inverness Airport arrive and check-in to you the new 5* Ness Walk Hotel. In the historic Highland city of Inverness, on the leafy banks of the River Ness, lies Ness Walk. This stunning new addition to the city redefines luxury and Highland hospitality.
Depart the hotel and head East to the village of Cawdor and a private tour of Cawdor Castle and afternoon tea with the Dowager Countess Cawdor. A fairy-tale castle which you can touch and see and sense for yourself, with its low doorways, turnpike stairs, massive walls warmed by rare tapestries and its original kitchen, Cawdor is a place where you can slip right into Scottish History.
After leaving Cawdor on the way back to Inverness top for a visit of Culloden Battlefield with a Jacobite display. Visiting Culloden the last hand-to-hand battle fought on British soil takes on a whole new meaning with the visitor centre and interactive exhibition. The battlefield itself is restored to as close as possible to that marched on by the two sides on that fateful day.
Back in Inverness enjoy a short walking tour of the city finishing at Castle Viewpoint that offers amazing 360° views of Inverness and the Scottish Highlands.

Day Two – Incentive Travel Itinerary
After a traditional Scottish breakfast depart the hotel for a short cycle along River Ness and the Caledonian Canal to Dochgarroch.
On arrival at Dochgarroch, you will be met by staff Cruise Loch Ness where you will be dressed for an exhilarating RIB boat trip on the world-famous Loch Ness.
You will disembark at Urquhart Castle for a guided tour and discover more than 1,000 years of stirring history centred on the Great Glen. Urquhart Castle, on the shores of Loch Ness, that has seen some of the most dramatic chapters in our nation’s story.
After visiting the Castle stop for a quick lunch in Fiddlers Highland Restaurant and Bar, Fiddler’s is a warm, inviting restaurant offering traditional Scottish dishes surrounded by a selection of over 600 different bottles of Whisky and with over 30 different Scottish Ales on offer.
After lunch, visit the historic village of Beauly. Enjoy shopping at Campbells of Beauly, Campbell’s retail emporium is an experience in itself with a truly original and characterful charm to its rustic and vintage appearance. The alchemy of the original fixtures and fittings from 1858 with the contemporary products sold today makes for both a unique appearance and experience.
From Beauly, it’s a very short drive to Glen Ord distillery where you will enjoy a private tour of the distillery followed by a tasting of their Singleton Whisky.
After the tasting, return to Ness Walk Hotel and relax before departing for dinner at the Town House. Here you will enjoy tales of the area from a Highland storyteller.
Day Three – Business Incentive Travel Trip
After a traditional Scottish breakfast depart the hotel for the short drive to Inverness Marina and a trip out on the Beauly, Inverness and Moray Firths with Dolphin Spirit to see the wildlife and dolphins in their natural environment.
After the trip, depart the Marina to the exclusive Achnagairn estate where you will check-in for 1 night.
