West of the Ness

Our spacious house sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 double bedrooms, perfect for a city break or as a base to explore the Highlands.

The warm living room has comfortable sofas, period fireplace and large bay window. The adjoining dining room has a table seating 10, making this large space perfect for socialising. Double doors lead out to a sunny patio area and the fully enclosed garden. The kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar and a snug area with a second TV.

Each bedroom is individually decorated, 3 with en-suites. The fourth bedroom is a smaller double. The fifth bedroom is located in the attic up steep stairs, so unsuitable for young children. The main bathroom is on the first floor, with a bath and shower.

Pets are welcome and we have a cot and high chair for children. A selection of books, games, toys, Netflix and a Nintendo Wii provide rainy day entertainment. There is space for 2 cars in the driveway and free unrestricted on-street parking.

Please note that all bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, therefore the house is unsuitable for those with limited mobility. The house is also semi-detached with a family neighbouring, therefore not suitable for parties or noisy groups.
