Reelig Glen

Beautiful Reelig Glen near Beauly is the perfect spot to explore for nature lovers!

Here you can find some of Britain’s tallest trees, some well over 100 years old. A well signposted circular walk takes you through this hidden glen – keep an eye out for wildlife as you go!

Outlander fans may be interested to know that the woodland once belonged to the Fraser family and many of the trees were planted by James Baillie Fraser in the 18th century.
