The house has a historic feel and is newly decorated with style. It is south-facing, bright, spacious and comfortable. The tranquil setting is reached by two long private drives. It has easy access to Inverness and Beauly and is in the heart of the Highlands.
Next to our Victorian dining room is the centre of Kingillie House - the homely kitchen set around the farm table stretches through arches into the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an Aga, a 4-door cooking range, a gas cooker and in the back, there is also an electric cooker, plus two dishwashers. The space is lovely for cosy meals and relaxing on sofas around an open fire. The elegant Georgian staircase with our clan Fraser tartan carpet leads up to several bedrooms, each with their own distinctive character. Five of the bedrooms have king-size beds. Upstairs there is a triple bedroom and downstairs one twin with a bathroom opposite. The three newly refurbished bathrooms, one shower room and a separate WC are shared. Enjoy board games or play tennis on the tennis court, set up croquet or barbeque and eat out on our slate garden table. We hope you celebrate your holiday with a feast in the dining room.
