Garden Cottage

Garden Cottage is a beautiful three-bedroom holiday cottage set within the historic Dochfour Gardens, just a short drive from Inverness and Loch Ness. Formerly a gardener’s cottage, it has been thoughtfully renovated to create a peaceful Highland retreat surrounded by beautiful gardens, wildlife and views across the loch and estate.

Sleeping up to six guests, the cottage features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove. Guests can also enjoy their own secluded garden with a wood-fired hot tub, outdoor seating, dining area and fire pit/BBQ, making it a lovely place to relax after exploring the Highlands.

Garden Cottage is ideally located for discovering Inverness, Loch Ness and the surrounding area, with the city centre around 10 minutes away and Dochgarroch, where guests can join a Loch Ness cruise, just a short drive away. The cottage also provides a great base for exploring local walks, distilleries, golf courses, adventure activities and the North Coast 500.
