Coronavirus: Advice For Businesses in the Loch Ness and Inverness Area

This is a sobering time for all of us in the tourism and hospitality sector. Coronavirus is having a huge impact on businesses across the region. We are keeping a close eye on developments, as well as the latest government advice on the outbreak.

Specific guidance for businesses has been published by the UK government, and Scottish Enterprise have collated a list of useful sites for businesses.

Inverness Chamber of Commerce has offered continued support for struggling businesses in the area. They are also pressing the Scottish Government to protect jobs in the local area.

The Scottish Government have pledged support to Scottish businesses affected by the Coronavirus outbreak. There is also a dedicated team to help businesses in Scotland available on the phone. The number is 0300 303 0660, and is available Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm. Please be prepared for a long wait as lines are very busy.
