Digital Training Workshops & Awareness Sessions

Autumn/Winter 2018

The Digital Tourism Scotland (DTS) events programme consists of awareness sessions and practical workshops, covering a wide spectrum of digital topics relevant to tourism businesses in Scotland with the aim of:

– Helping businesses grow and move along the digital maturity ladder
– Addressing digital skills and knowledge gaps
– Improving productivity among Scottish tourism businesses through the uptake of digital tools and solutions (“digital transformation”)
– Boosting the uptake of online booking
– Facilitating collaboration

Visit Inverness Loch Ness, in partnership with Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) and Visit Scotland, are launching the autumn/winter DTS programme.  The aim is to help our members enhance their skills to harness the power of digital and grow their businesses.  More details on workshops for 2018-19 can be found Here.

In order to follow a clear and comprehensive training path, it may be of benefit for businesses to take advantage of Business Gateway Digital Boost workshops prior or in tandem to attending Digital Tourism Scotland workshops.  For more information, please contact your local Business Gateway or visit their website.
