This special hideaway is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break. Sitting on its own, in about an acre of wild garden near Errogie at the Head of the Pass of Inverfarigaig, you can relax in the sunroom or on the verandah with wide views to the hills on the North side of Loch Ness. Wi-fi and a telephone mean you can keep in touch if you wish to, or you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet and stunning scenery. 50 meters downhill is a forest road which links into a network of paths from Inverfarigaig Forest Centre – perfect for a walk with your dog.
Traditionally and comfortably furnished, this 2 bedroomed cottage (1 double 1 twin) has attractive paintings, books, games – even a telescope to look out for deer which can often be seen locally. There is good, safe swimming in a local loch, or you may like to try fishing – a guide and tuition are available. Walkers are spoilt for choice with the South Loch Ness Trail and the Trail of the Seven Lochs close by. Other activities include: touring, castles, distilleries, horse riding, kayaking, birdwatching, clay pigeon shooting, jeep safaris, boat trips, art workshops golf, and more.
