Situated close to the southern tip of Loch Ness and 150m from the centre of Fort Augustus we are ideally situated as a base for your break in the Scottish Highlands.

This beautiful granite stone-built Victorian residence, located in Fort Augustus in the stunning Scottish Highlands, dates back to the mid 1800’s and reflects the character and splendour of that era. It is reputedly one of the oldest buildings in the village after the Abbey.

It was once called Carnoch and was owned by the Lovat Hotel as an annex for their main hotel. In the mid 1900’s it was a nursing home before becoming a B&B. The new guest house was fully refurbished in 2014 and is furnished to a very high standard.

Relax in the lounge and admire the view over to the Corrieyairack Pass and the Monaliadth Mountains.
