Gask House and its Farm Cottages is an impressive barn conversion with three, semi detached cottages set around a pretty courtyard garden. The farm is home to Highland cows, sheep, hens and ducks.
Within the grounds is the Gask Cairn and impressive standing stone. The Cottages are all named after similar Clava type cairns in the local area of which Gask is one.
All the properties offer linen, towels, electric ceramic hob, electric over, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge and freezer, TV with Freesat, DVD, free WiFi, iPod docking station/radio, hairdryer, clothes dryer. Highchair and cot available on request. Outside each property is a dedicated terrace area with seating.
On arrival you will find home baking, coffee, tea, porridge, milk and half a dozen eggs from our own hens to help you settle in.
Clava (sleeps 2+1) and Corrimony (sleeps 4) are on a single level from the car park area and therefore are more suitable for any less mobile visitors. Pets are welcome in both these cottages at a small additional charge.
Tordarroch Cottage (sleeps 2) is a studio/duplex with downstairs kitchen/diner and spiral staircase leading to an upstairs bedroom with king sized bed and lounge area and spectacular views to the Gask lochan. standing stone and ring cairn and Monalaidth mountains beyond.
“Luxurious self catering”, “Wonderful break” and “No corners cut!”. That’s how our guests describe their stays at Gask House Farm Cottages.
