Culmill Lodges are a new development of 3 luxury self catering holiday lodges situated on the outskirts of the small village of Kiltarlity not far from the city of Inverness.
Culmill Highland Lodges are charming and beautifully presented brand new lodge houses on the outskirts of the pretty village of Kiltarlity in Inverness-shire. The lodges are beautifully furnished with all the modern conveniences you could wish for including a large TV with Sky channels, DVD and iPod docking station so you have entertainment no matter what the weather. The public rooms are open plan and the large picture windows make the most of the wonderful surroundings and bring light flooding in. The privately owned water supply bored from 40 metres below ground level means the most refreshing and freshest spring water is constantly ‘on tap’. Each lodge provides two attractive bedrooms that are presented to the same high standard with lovely crisp linens and both have en suite shower rooms. The lodges lives up to their names – surrounded by secluded grassed areas where children can play and adults can enjoy the views from the decking. This is a great little holiday cottage with a stylish finish yet good value for this quality.
This is a beautiful and popular area where you can do as much or as little as you wish. Take a day trip to nearby Loch Ness to seek a glimpse of Nessie one of our most famous local attractions, or perhaps visit Drumnadrochit with its historic Urquhart Castle and visitor centres. Boat trips can be taken to view the seals and dolphins (the most northerly school) residing in the firths around the area. Enjoy being at one with nature? Watch red deer grazing on the hills whilst you soak up the true peacefulness of your surroundings. The Great Glen Way runs not far from here. Other activities include cycling, fishing (permits required, can be arranged for guests who wish to fish).
