Nothing like it in all my travels, throughout the world. The feeling of "home" on the water with friends (Immediately) was quite outstanding. Your attention to detail, to customer imprtance to interpersonal skills was appreciated and admired.

From Edinburgh & the South - Inverness is reached by the A9 via Perth. Follow signs into the city and then take the A862 out of Inverness signposted to Beauly. Look for a roundabout with a PC World store on the left and a Co-op to the right. Go straight across this roundabout and after about 100 yards turn right into Muirtown Basin. This is just before a small bridge where the road crosses the canal.

From Fort William - take the A82 along the Great Glen through Spean Bridge and Fort Augustus. As you near Inverness there is a Golf Club, look for General Booth Road on the left just before the club. Follow this down to traffic lights, turn right and cross the canal bridge with the staircase of locks on your right. Turn left immediately after the bridge into Muirtown Basin.
Your colourful barge will be moored in Muirtown basin. Locked parking is available here.
