Indulge your senses and join us on a full day tour from our base near Loch Ness where you can explore and experience the Highlands through fine food and drink. We specialise in providing tours that celebrate the high quality of Scottish produce by arranging visits to a wonderful variety of artisan producers as they proudly demonstrate their skills.
Our varied itineraries include guided tours of production areas, tutored nosing and tasting of choice Highland gins, malt whiskies and craft beers as well as the sampling of world-class seafood, game and cheese fresh from the Highland larder.
Enjoy quality dining experiences at carefully selected restaurants where mouthwatering dishes are prepared using fresh local produce. Blended with this, we will explore the Scottish Highlands by taking in popular iconic attractions and spectacular scenery.
Our trips are unique and personal with the group size limited to six guests allowing you to interact more fully with your guide and the producers, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. On many of our tours you are invited to participate in whisky, gin and beer tasting and as we provide pick up and drop off at a range of locations there is no need to worry about one of your party being designated driver and missing out.
Highland Taste is the first company based in the Highlands to specialise in food and drink tours. This allows us to focus on delivering an exceptional experience both for discerning foodies and connoisseurs of fine spirits.
